In this show, I highlight the STRATEGIES that each and every person can use to improve race relations in their community, town, city, neighborhood, college, university, institution, or company. In this episode, first, I commend my outstanding college students for their end of the semester projects in which they are developing new strategies to improve race relations on campus. I am thoroughly pleased with how my college students are passionate about trying to improve race relations and it is showing in their projects. Next, I provide the FRAMEWORK for improving race relations. Finally, I strongly suggest that every person who listens to this podcast can "BE A CHANGE AGENT" to improve race relations in their lives.
